We put twelve casino hotels through six criteria, rooms first and access last; the ten highest totals made the cut.

Casino Rama Resort · 4.14/5 · #6 on stars
Rama is the one we'd book for a weekend that is mostly about a show: a 5,000-plus-seat Entertainment Centre, 289 rooms being upgraded since 2025, a new ground-floor spa with saunas and steam rooms, and three restaurants added in 2024–2025 (Chow, MATCH, Atlas Steak and Fish). The catch is the drive — about two hours north of Toronto on Highway 400.
